Stephen W. Dumont started purchasing real estate for investment in the early 1990s. Trying to find representation to lease his units without success, it then became evident that he must set up his own company. Even more of a problem was the management of some 50 commercial properties by the late 1990s. In almost every situation, potential tenants required some reconstruction of their unit to conform to their use. The Dumont Property Group was thus formed. Today it is considered the Number One full service Real Estate Company in New Hampshire.
